“Discovery” Process
Every client receives personalized initial consulting in the form of a thorough needs analysis process. We’ll discuss your mission, ministries, initial plans, work you’ve completed so far, finances, obstacles, local community, decision-making process, special limitations, denominational factors, parking, trends, ideas about future expansion, and more. We use powerful proprietary software called the “Building Committee Accelerator” to explore scenarios, create realistic expectations, and avoid decisions with detrimental long-term results. Based on the understanding that develops from this Discovery process, we provide preliminary design concepts, initial budgets, and a master plan.

Strategic Consulting Services
Some churches need a more detailed consulting process to build a solid foundation for decisions about their future. Malone Church Solutions offers outstanding Strategic Consulting Services to address this need.

Our strategic consulting process utilizes church surveys (electronic or paper format); personal interviews with pastors and other team members, volunteer leaders, local residents, and even people who have left your church; sophisticated demographic studies; and financial analysis and cash flow projections.
