Design-Build process dates back to 1800 BC Mesopotamia where the Code
of Hammurabi placed ultimate accountability upon the master builder
for both design and construction.
Today
the Design-Build method provides churches with a greater degree of
accountability, lower costs and faster completion time than any other
design or construction method. In fact a Pennsylvania State
University study identified Design-Build as being superior to both
Low-Bid and Construction Management in the following ways.

Does Design-Build Cost Less
Design-Build
is a more efficient process than other delivery methods. From
the beginning we assemble the right team of architects, engineers and
subcontractors. As a team all of these individuals participate
in
the planning and design of your new project adding their many years
of experience and their knowledge of cost.
By
including the subcontractors (electrician, heating & cooling,
plumber, etc.) in the design process they are able to use their vast
experience to positively impact the cost of the project.
Additionally, because they are involved in the design process from
day-one they are able to provide accurate budget pricing at an early
stage in the design allowing us to maintain budget and avoid cost
overruns.
Unlike
architect led low-bid projects, that go over budget or suffer from
multiple change order, we guarantee our construction budget. Because
we believe in total accountability we guarantee our pricing and if
there is an additional cost due to our negligence or poor design we
will personally pay for it. As you can imagine we review every detail
with a fine tooth comb to ensure the plan is as free from error as
possible.

the 'Building Committee Accelerator' in order to help churches figure
out the possible funding needed for their anticipated project. With
this program, the user has the ability to adjust the numbers up and
